Calm down.........breathe.......in.....out.....in.....out. There, that's better.
I have been busy getting things together for the shrines, and something has been happening to my avatar. Ever since the Priest spoke with his flock gremlins have come into view. That is a picture that was taken in Sun City, before I bought the truck, but there never were any gremlins in it. I think that they are comfortable with showing themselves, now that they know the relic is safe and respected.
The powers of the gremlins must be vast, to inhabit a photo, and appear at will.
Even non-believers must be questioning themselves after these latest revelations.

I have not been to a movie in years. Too much money. The ancient cable system doesn't even give me pay per view. I can't have a satellite dish because I'm in the woods. I spend most of my free time on the comp. Harry Potter is a name I've heard in passing. Gremlins, I am getting familiar with.

war update
update on the war here in The land of the dirt people....
The gremlin army took heavy losses yesterday when an unexpected restiance marshalled together and fought back. The resourceful and outnumbered rebel force apparently started a rumor that they were in a certain gully, and then, when the general swarmed in for the attack, they released a small but important Gremlin water dam and literally drowned a quarter of the generals forces in one fatal swoop.
the few waterlogged servivors returned on the backs of their faithful Rat mounts barly alive and close to frozen around midnight last night. All are suffering from exposure and exhaustion.

Gremlins are actually right up there with humans and Whales. they are resourceful, have opposable thumbs, use tools and will probobly take over the world when us humans destroy ourselves. they are at the moment at about the Roman-ish era of their civilization. they may have advanced further if cats were not such good hunters...
gods, what if cats had thumbs??? we would be in trouble.

If our cat had thums (Or fingers) it'd be picking it's nose. It's that kind of cat. It doesnt hunt anything. Maybe that's not cuz it's lazy tho, (well, she is) but because at the sight of a harmless creature like a hamster not in a cage, she runs away in sheer terror.
If there are gremlins in our house, they'd need not fear this furry, adorable, but oh so useless excuse for a cat.
(Now I know how our cat got taped up last week. Gremlins toying with her, lol.

I've seen a few six, seven, and eight toed cats before. (They were all realted to each other).
Some of the paw configurations worked like thumbs.
No worries.
As you said it was still a cat.
No issues with us getting bumped off of as dominant the animal life.
But it was a little spokky to watch them play with pencils and knitting needles.
Not like they treid to use them.
They just looked like little swords in thier hands.
And thier play made it look like they were trying to learn.
We are safe as long as they don't develop roatating wrists life we have.
