Only if you aren't in a union can they do that too you. But you've to pay your union that many anyway so I don't see the point to either.

How does that make sense? What power does the union have that an individual does not, besides numbers and organisation? If that's the case, then union are just as corrupt as the employers themselves, or even just puppets...

ARGH... I'm stuck doing all the Quality Assurance work because they fired all the QA people and the client I was working for cut back on the number of hours I have to work in the month by 125.... this sucks.

I don't know joo. Living in a right to work state means if I join a union I get fired so I think there has to be SOMETHING there. Yeah, the unions have a mafia "mentality" of sorts. Lesser of two evils is don't get employed at all. Originally Unions worked, now they are more trouble then they are worth... it seems.

Uh.. welcome to the real world, joo. Unions are there to make profit in any way they can and there is no low too low for them to stoop to. At least here.

Unions are now a way for lazy people to keep their jobs and be overpaid. They need to die.

Rant: My grade for technics is going down by lots. From a 9 out of 10 to a 7.5 out of 10, simply because I was depressed twice during one of the lessons and that is apparently enough of a reason to think I didn't do a shit and the other two I worked with did all the work. I said I wasn't okay with it and I was treated like I was some kind of six year old, autistic little kid that doesn't understand the way the world works and when I tell them that I can tell them they are wrong all I want, they go "OMG UR RUDE NOW UR GRADE IS LIEK EVEN LOWAH". Not to mention the grades were decided together with the other kids, we worked in groups of three. Pretty much everyone hates me, two against one, I lose. Fuck school.

Happy thought: I lost 1 kilo. I am no longer snacking as much and as often as I used to. :) Halving meals helped tons too, as well as eating more vegetables instead of sweet stuff. ^^

Thanks Genie. And Armulus, I don't do any sports at all, am lazy, and so on and so on. Just eat properly... I want to lose like 10 kilos, but since everyone my age seems to weigh like 65 kilos, some even 70 (lol this guy was like "I'm not fat, I weight 74 kilos.", then everyone else was like "I'm 63, 64, 59 etc. and he was like "...but I'm not fat." (btw I don't make fun of fat people usually ... usually. yeah, lol, but he's a jerk. :D)) (I'm at 56 at the moment) I don't think I'll go for it. :P Just eat half the meals, you'll feel hungry at first, but it'll be gone in a few days, don't snack unless you do it a little after or way before dinner, but not too late. (heard that somewhere.. *Shrugs* It works, so who cares about why? :D)

Once i buy my house. I'm just getting a treadmill and weight bench. It worked for me when i was younger. I just need to get back in the habbit. 8 miles while watching anime/listening to music. Then 2 sets of 10 reps of a weight i can barely do 10 reps of.
