Thanks Genie. And Armulus, I don't do any sports at all, am lazy, and so on and so on. Just eat properly... I want to lose like 10 kilos, but since everyone my age seems to weigh like 65 kilos, some even 70 (lol this guy was like "I'm not fat, I weight 74 kilos.", then everyone else was like "I'm 63, 64, 59 etc. and he was like "...but I'm not fat." (btw I don't make fun of fat people usually ... usually. yeah, lol, but he's a jerk.

Just eat half the meals, you'll feel hungry at first, but it'll be gone in a few days, don't snack unless you do it a little after or way before dinner, but not too late. (heard that somewhere.. *Shrugs* It works, so who cares about why?
