The Dresdon Dolls
A Dozen Furies
Senses Fail
The All-American Rejects
Lucky Boys Confusion

But if you're going to be lame and not go for Weird Al... then go with R.E.M.

Losing My Religion
It's the End of the World as we Know It
Orange Crush
High Speed Train
...and many many others.

Some great songs by Aerosmith:

Living on the edge

What it takes

Crazy

Amazing

Angel

Cryin'

Dream on

Falling in Love

Pink

Sweet Emotion

Girls of Summer

And, of course.... I Don't Wanna Miss A Thing

*painfully drags it back to Techno*
Go for anything by 'Bunny Hug' - I really like 'Napalm Girl'
'Nimp are good too

Less obscurely, I really like "clubbed to death" by rob d - in fact - just go get the Matrix soundtrack ;)

Also, some of the 'Dancehall Places' album by Mint Roayle is really good

Not need country! You're crazy.

Anything by Islamic Force, Soldiers of Allah, they are good.

Boston is nice, Tom Petty, MC Hammer, Ex Nihilo, Kid Noriega, Punjabi Hit Squad, True Desi (If you can find it) is good.

I had better stop before I bore you. I do know an awful lot of music.

Keep them coming, this is great. I am checking them out and well some are very interesting. Some I have heard alot of and some I have never heard of before so thank you very much.

I don't mind R.E.M but it is just not what I am looking for right now.

And farmer, you have impressed me. Very nice picks.

And nitefyre, I want to feel young again and that music is very good but well it makes me feel old cause I remember those songs a long time ago. LOL. Plus they are not what I am looking for right now. But thank you.

And Dee, keep them coming.

Someone mentioned Aerosmith and completly missed out love in an elevator.

Er, you might like some older music on there: Souixsie and the Banshees, the Mission, the Cure or the Cult.

Walk this way

Rag Doll

Dude Looks Like a Lady

There's a bunch more. But try to keep your playlist balanced all around. I suggest some Billy Joel as well, whether it be "Only the Good Die Young" or "Captain Jack"...etc.

Oh don't get me wrong I like all kinds of music I just want some very good upbeat tunes for this right now so then I can jump up and down and get tired and then go to sleep. Ha ha, J/K, I just want some tunes that I can really get my heart going.

Oh and I do like Weird Al, he is awesome.

Steve Miller Band? DIdn't the Post office use "Fly Like An Eagle" as their themesong?

Anyways, more suggestions: Steppenwolf's "Born to be Wild" (I think it's called) and Magic Carpet Ride.
