Eh.... I got a 21.56 according to Trage
I've never used that scale before.

Anyway....I'm 5'7, 140lbs.
Pretty normal. I used to be scrawny, but I started weight lifting and stuff, so I got back to size.

:?:

Is it just a myth that working out stunts your growth?

Does milk actually help you grow taller?

A lot of myth involved... If you start doing it before you hit your growth spurt, it could, but a lot of myth involved. I looked into this a lot before I began to do some of this.
Milk strengthens bones. Which can make you grow taller.[/u]

Yay, I've lost a little weight. My index is 21,2. My body structure is of such type that I often look heavier than in reality, at least so I think. The problem is the difference between my waist size and pelvis is a whole damn 30 cm which means I either have a bee waist or a damn big butt.

I could not agree more. Most models remind me of a javelin. You know, that spear kind of thing they throw in track and field. There's nothing sexy about that. ALL the women I have been with, have been larger than what society decrees to be good looking. I like it that way. I like to feel softness instead of pointy bones.

I'm not into rap music at all, but Sir Mix-a-Lot had it right.

Oh, and for the record, I scored 26.528 with this test. That surprised me, since most medical charts tell me I am more overweight than that. Being a construction worker has put more muscle on me than the average office worker, hence the percieved excess weight. Plus, having badly worn out knees, and some collapsing discs in my back, I am an inch and a half shorter than I used to be. Currently I stand 5' 9" and weigh 205lb. Ten years ago, when I was still playing hockey, I was 5' 10"+ and weighed 195lb.

25.31. Now that surprised me... For any out there that watch or understand Rugby, I am (or was up until a year ago) a prop forward. So to to just scrape into slightly overweight really stunned me...

196lbs (14stone/89.09kg) 176cm tall.(5' 10").

I think that has really made my day. Gives me an excuse to forget training this morning...
Must be all these bloody hills in Sheffield *mutters darkly* Convinced me not to take up hill-walking...

I've always felt that I was overweight, more so thanthe scale indicates. But then I never really had a problem with it, as rugby gave me some justification.
Just remember that it's what you think, not what other people think. And most of all, always remember that what I think is the most important scale in the world :D
