ok... three things.

first, its a futuristic scifi tv series.... we cant do that stuff yet, so the discussion is rather moot.

second : IF it was a real situation, it would NOT be rape, she was not there, he did not touch her and just as everyone else pointed out, if anything it would be illigal for him to use her image.

third: oh my gods West.... your picture frightens me, take it away! it looks like an alien comeing to probe me!
