No, I made it a long time ago before I stopped playing KoL. And I can't change the name. And I don't want to have to make the money to create a new one all over again.

I'm pretty sure it's free to make one, but the things inside the clan cost quite a bit of money. And using the credo and clan-advert features, it's possible to advertise Cantr, as well using your own player profile. It'd be much easier and definately cheaper to simply use an already made clan.

The clan I'm in has some neat things. Couple of meat plants you can get meat off of each day.. I think I got about 2k meat between the two today. I really like the bookshelves thing they have, really helps raise my Mysticality and level.
I sort of wish there were a few more things that one could do without using adventures. Little things that are amusing but not necessary and not for advancement, other than maybe some random "You found some cheap stuff" events.

I'm trying to play without using spoilers this time. I think that turned me off to the game before...following a bunch of charts and whatnot. I'd rather just bumble through.
The Nemesis quest doesn't work right now, by the way, so don't waste things trying to figure it out.
I'd be up for a Cantr Clan later when we are richer and can buy things. What if we get raided and people steal our stuff, though? That would suck.

Good to know about that quest.. I was sorta getting ready to start doing it.. when I had adventures again.
I tend to bumble through because I hate asking for answers or looking for them outside of the game environment.. lol. I have to get really frustrated before I'll try to find an answer I'm having trouble with. But I like figuring things out for myself.
And I agree.. we kind of need to get richer and more into the game before we start one. I'm lvl 5 now, but I know I won't have enough meat probably by lvl 7.
Oh, and my clan has something called a phantom trollbooth that seems to make others have to pay a certain amount of meat before they can attack yours.

I've just created a Cantr Clan. Any one of you can join. Also, because it is new, and I am poor, it is in sore need of meat.

I joined ages and ages ago, and re-joined about a month or two ago.
Anyways, NCooper (As unimaginative as it gets - i was having a slow-brain day...)- Level 10 Accordian Thief
(Should have been a Disco Bandit like last time)
I'll join-up with the clan now...
