I look at American politics, and I'm like "Why!?" but then I look around the world and see things like the slimy level of corruption in Brazil and the ridiculous insanity in India and I'm like "Well it could be worse" Unfortunately this year seems like a choice between the two. And I don't like where either of those paths lead. I've had a casual eye on Brazilian politics since 2008 and have been watching it more intensely since May. Like a car crash, it's fascinating and terrifying at the same time. At least when you're not in the car.

Irony: sleep is a common plague in Cantr. Returning to Cantr makes me sleep less (and also sleepless).

I feel like I'm overdoing it. Trying too hard to be interesting. :/ This feeling is supremely silly, but I rolled the dice (metaphorically. I Cantr-ized a bunch of my RP characters, stripping them down to basics, but I picked randomly WHO to Cantr-ize) and most of my characters that had something that made them stand out since spawn are also the ones I have Plans for. (Not 'try to get people to recreate things from other RPs/their backstories', but things that were intrinsic to them that wouldn't make sense to show at spawn and wouldn't be changed by early life. Religious inclinations, obsessions with certain themes/motifs, things that might become something if others decide to get involved.)
Also all of my current thoughts have been Cantr related due to return-induced-obsession. I should probably head to bed soon so I don't completely fuck my sleep schedule but someone's awake so I don't wanna.
