I have been reminded why I have lost so much interest in this game.

The fact that when you want to convey something, and you do a not so specific RP, then the other character takes it out of context.

So, the next post you make is a paragraph long, stating specifically what that character is doing, so that way there can be no possible misinterpretation, and then get bashed on for "Unnecessary RP"

Bottom line, I'm going to keep doing it. This is an RPG. Deal with it. Don't bother telling me OOC that it was unnecessary, because you want your character to take everything out of context.

This is the second night in a row that my roommate has kept me awake past 3am with the light and her TV, even though she knows I have early am classes.
And then she fusses at me in the morning when my alarm goes off at 7. (My first class is at 8. And for this class, unexcused absences = course failure. I'm not even kidding.)

Like, the only indicator I have right now that I ever fell asleep last night is that I had a weird dream about festivals and snowcones that could be used to duplicate things and people.

*slight grumble* The character generator is playing tricks on me.

So I planned to make a character who doesn't entirely understand how language works. She would make the sounds alright, but mostly lack understanding of the words themselves. (that's as detailed as I'm going with my plan, I still want to make this character at some point)

I go to make this character, and where does she spawn? Someplace Polish. *shrug* Which means I have to completely abandon my plans and have her understand English well after all, though she is struggling with Polish. She doesn't seem to mind that much.

The thing that annoys me is that she used my last character slot... so now I've got to kill off a few of my sleepier ones somehow. Problem is most of them are in places where they'll probably be fed even if they're sleepy. Ah well....

Several solutions exist for that:
* Migrate them to an empty place.
* Have them go inside a seldom-used building
* Walk out onto a road and stop
* Self-violence FTW... hurray for crazy!

I think one of my characters is on the edge of a psychological breakdown... it's a bit alarming. Wasn't expecting it from her.
