Your perfect society

There is more to life than just work, money. I am still benefiting from things i had to learn in school, but never wanted to, like spelling & grammar, literature, foreign languages (and classic ones, latin & greek) and history.

But i agree the current school system isn't overly efficient.

Yes, I realize theirs more to work and I like that we learn things we didnt want to learn, it gives us a chance to try new things and find out if we really do like them or not.
