Thought or Rant of the day!!!

Probably everyone have heard of this, but there was a big earthwake last tuesday in Mexico. I was at the office. I got super scared. There have been over 40 small earthwakes since then. I'm dizzy all the time. I know nothing bad will happen, but I'm being extra careful. It's kinda silly, really.

Thought:
There's a kid who likes to sit in my Calculus class and chat with a couple of us when the teacher's not teaching anything. Everytime she writes an integral sign, he yells "CROWBAR!" and I immediately think of Cantr.

Cantr-related thought: I was driving around town today, and I noticed a street sign that said "Silver Sands". It reminded me of Sands Silver of Kaliwest Gardens, and how angry some people were when she died.

Given recent posting events (I refer to the shallow commentaries that rest firmly within the 'argumentum ad hominem' mindset) in suggestions here... I honestly don't know why people bother to even try and have a valid opinion as to how to make this (role play) game, any better for role play.

Perhaps I am missing the point of a role pay game... played in good faith and not to the practical limits of game mechanics?

[edit]... Incidentally, and I find this interesting, I have actually being enjoying leaving my Cantr browser shrunk away, and doing other things... reading, playing bass, and playing with the cat. I even went through some of my CD's and discovered one that I didn't know I had still in the cellophane... although I suspect it was a freebie and will be poor.

I do love to see though, reporters using religious terms such as "demigods of unbelief" in a mocking way to refer to heathens once again. That sad "nuh-uh, you!" crap might earn self-assured nods from people already relatively set in their views, but you're just teaching the next generation that religion is a thing to be made fun of when you turn it into a slur. Keep it up, we don't mind.

I really would have liked to hear Nate Phelps speak more than anything else. That guy has to have quite the story I would bet, becoming an unbeliever after being raised in that family... yikes. I'm going to go out on a limb and bet that he doesn't get invited to christmas dinner.

I have some ideas running around in my brain. I'm really scared to post them though, for fear of being ridiculed. The way a few make personal attacks over someone else's ideas upsets me. I'd rather just bury my head in the sand and go with the flow.

In fairness to him... he has a right to post here, but I don't believe he's doing so to benefit anyone or the game. He knows he's a pain. We should name him here though, so he can find out that people are whining about him, although I also suspect that this will please him somewhat?

I shouldn't get involved with people on these pages, as I am far too easy to wind up. *shrugs* I'm trying to ignore him, and the others I have had brushes with lately.

I'm just agruing with him, it's kind of funny to me, he's pretty bright but just won't let go of anything that he thought off, that is his main flaw. He really wants to see all his suggestions get through and sees others who complain merely as obstacles to be taken care off.

I was not taking a jab at anyone or commenting in any way on the posts above mine. Just in general, that anything said is open to being shot down and often in a nasty, non-constructive and hurtful way. I was refering, perhaps to the way the rest of us deal with him and with each other.

Sister in law and brother went to the doctor today. Her blood pressure was sky high and the baby's heart rate keeps going down. As a result of her health issues, they are going to be going ahead and inducing her at 5am tomorrow for those of you that have been asking. Those of you that pray please do for baby Copper and his mama that this delivery goes well and he's healthy. Will update more tomorrow
