Fed Ex just delivered what my hubby ordered my for Valentine's Day...he's making me wait till he gets home to open it. I'm normally a patient person, but I know what's in the box and I want to open it now!!!

All I want to do is read Clash of Kings (and play Cantr), but one of my eyes is so swollen that I can't keep it open. I was going to go to the clinic tomorrow but I realized that without insurance it'll be way out of my budget... so I guess I'll just hope this magically goes away on its own. Sob.

My dear sweet sister in law and brother have been trying to have a baby and lost several. Shes now pregnant and the doctor hoped she'd make it to 37 weeks. She's at 33 weeks now, they're wanting her to go ahead and deliver in the next 3 or 4 weeks. This baby boy has already come a long way farther than any of the other pregnancies. She found out when she was pregnant, her cancer was back. Since then (I think) the cancer seems to have gone away? The doctors say it has something to do with the pregnancy. However, she's at 33 weeks, she now has blood pressure problems and a lot of swelling that has the doctors concerned. On top of the baby needing to be born early, they found a cyst on his right kidney during the sonagram yesterday. The doctor says they have to wait until he's born to find out what they will have to do about it. It's possible it could be nothing at all, it could disappear or it could be enough to have his kidney removed. My brother and sister in law and this baby have already been through so much, they could really use prayers right now and through until they deliver my little nephew.
