I've come to really like buffalo chicken pizza especially if the pizzeria has a particularly good and spicy buffalo sauce.
Other than that, these days I really only prefer cheese New York City style pizza.

Ack...its the crust that makes the pizza! Thin crust..St. Louis Style...the best by far! The sauce must be true Italian...simmered for a day or so at least with fennel and all traditional Italian seasonings (basil, oregano, garlic)!
Toppings:
Italian sausage, onions, pepperoni, provel cheese (this is another St. Louis specialty) Its a mixture of provolone and mozzarella cheeses, I personally like to add green peppers and mushrooms to this mix...black olives make it too salty so I skip those. Grated parmesan cheese, red pepper or asiago cheese on top is nice. Go to Rizzo's or Erio's in St. Louis, Missouri...if you want good pizza for the first time in your life! Its to die for...I only eat pizza in St. Louis. (You have to try the chopped salad while you are there...its usually the house salad)
The service is better at Erio's...
