Goodbye, George Carlin

Postby Chris » Tue Jun 24, 2008 5:31 pm

George Carlin, iconoclast comedian, died on June 22 of heart failure.

YouTube has quite a few of his routines. Here are a few famous ones.

The Seven Words You Can't Say on Television
Baseball and Football
Stuff
Bomb the brown people!
Homelessness

For those of us who are deeply disturbed by the political and social mainstream, comedy is one of the last bastions of sanity. With Carlin's death, we lost one of our champions. Goodbye, George. Well done. I'll miss you.
