Big question related to Japanesse word/expression

Hello. I am a newbie. This is my first post here. One of my friends has a problem and is required to translate the following picture(is hiragana), which may sound, in my opinion, "ko ka ha he de a ru" :?:

That's easy. It's "Epic Super-Happy Sunshine Power Bird, Okay?!"

It's from a tv show. I'm pretty sure.

It's not completely hiragana.
