Today I was in a giant Japanese grocery store where there are sixty-kagillion little packages of things to eat and drink that I can't even begin to figure out what they are made of or what I should do with them. Even though the packages are transparant, I have no idea what I'm looking at...could be vegetable, fish, meat, alien life-form...who knows?

But anyway, one thing I could identify was a giant box of Star Wars! Special Edition: Lava Berry Explosion Pop-Tarts!!!! Hee hee hee! I don't quite know why I find this so funny.

Check out the super cheese factor (the Galactic Gadgets are totally to spaz for):

Shouldn't a Star Wars fanatic know there are six movies, an animated series, and a Christmas special introducing the character of Boba Fett?

Well I've never seen the christmas special. Although I've never heard of it, i'll be searching Kazaa all night for it :)

As for these three new episodes, well I really don't claim those as being star wars movies. More like diet star wars >.>;; It may taste the same, but the same great feeling isn't there.

And as for Vader saying the thing about being Lukes dad, I do believe he said that. At the end of the Empire strikes back. When they are on the bridge. But if it means anything to you, i'm going to watch the movie again tonight. So I'll be able to confirm it tomorrow :)
Vicki Vale: You're insane!
Joker: I thought I was a Pisces!

I know the scene you're referring to. And I was as suprised to find out as you will be.
Well, maybe not as suprised, because I just spoiled it for you.

Much as I like Star Wars, just like to bring the disscussion back on topic. All those UK folk who have access to digital TV through various means, Sci-Fi is currently showing Firefly on Wednesday night at 8pm and repeated on Sunday at 5pm. It's the second episode this Wednesday, so you've already missed the pilot and the second episode/alternate pilot. Or you can pick up the complete series DVD at play.com for 26.99 with free delivery, (and it was selling for 14.99 during a recent sale). :D

Oh and does anybody else think Lucas has Wookiees in ROTS to make up for the Ewoks in ROTJ?

BUMP:

Firefly, tonight at 7:00PM EST on Sci-Fi Channel. This will be the first time Firefly has been on TV since it was cancelled in 2002. Don't miss this. Also, look for commercials for the movie Serenity.

Thanks for the bump or I would have forgotten about it. I'll check it out since I like sci-fi, but haven't seen it.

You forgot the Expanded Universe books.

But don't watch the christmas special. It is truly the most painful thing I've ever watched in my life. Lucas disowned it and tried to have every copy destroyed, but I've seen it. *shudders* It's truly actually physically painful.
I'm not dead; I'm dormant.
