Ich Heisse Voltenion

Ich bin sechszehn jahre alt. Ich komme aus Portugal und wohne in Figueira da Foz. Ich sprischt English, Portugiesisch(?) und Deutsch.
Ich bin Gross und dünn. Ich habe braune Augen und Kurtze braune Hare.
Mein hobby ist schlaufen, und mein Bofer ist Shuler.

Exactly, ss for ß is entirely acceptable. As is ae, oe and ue for ä, ö and ü.

You did mention in IRC one time that you were going to start learning German one time, didn't you? How long have you been learning by now?

Yah, I started on 20th september or something. I was going to learn spanish too but that was too expensive
