An unexpected reboot of the server caused a lot of corrupted database tables. We have now repaired them all, and things should be back to normal.
Please report anything strange you see to the support.
Thanks for your patience and understanding.
Another problem that was caused by the unexpected server reboot, is that our mailing list program does not work at the moment. Any emails sent to support@cantr.net after 17:24 GMT yesterday will not have arrived to us yet.
If you need to contact support, please use the forums for now. We will let you know when the mail list service is working again.

Today we will have at least one short downtime of the game, in preparation for the move to the new server. It should not take more than 30 minutes, and it will occur around 4pm GMT. Thanks for your patience and understanding.
We will probably start as soon as the 4.15 pm land travel tick is over.

We are currently copying the database to the new server. If all goes well we will be up and running again in less than half an hour.
If the S hits the F we will enable the old server again, so it's probably unwise to tell someone some secrets or start a war or something the first thing you do on the new server, since events may be rolled back.

Well, not the game... but the forum will have some downtime some time during the day. This is while we move the forum to a new host. We will announce again closer to the downtime.

We are currently rebooting the server after a bit of maintenance. It's taking slightly longer than we thought, but we will be back online soon.
