Status quo. Jos has texted Cosmo, one of the original developers and the holder of the account the Cantr game server is on. Hopefully he will be able to get in touch with the ISP soon.

The server has become unavailable yet again. This is really frustrating because the information that probably has been sent by the provider goes to Cosmo, who haven't been around for a very long time.

Thus I can't do anything until I get their support to answer emails.

Seems to have been a temporary glitch this time.

We don't know what's going on. The server is non-repsonsive.

Obviously it's back online again. I still have no clue to why these outages occur. I will investigate though.

Houston, we have a problem ...

As most of you probably have noticed by now, the game server can't be reached at the moment. The problem itself is not on our server it seems, but somewhere with the server hosting company. I have contacted them and I'm waiting for their reply.

FYI: the game was still running, but not reachable. Game time and processing has now been stopped at 3514-1:15.3.

And we are back ...

We were back online for a short time and now offline again. No word from the provider yet.

Cantr is intermitently hanging. It appears that something was using system resources when the sailing tick happened (or something went wrong with the sailing tick), and the game slowed to a crawl, causing the sailing tick to back up into the travel tick. I expect (based on experiences from the "bad days of lag") that processes will continue to back up into each other until they either resolve themselves or are reset manually. Until that happens, Cantr will not be reliably accessible.

Yes, Cantr is not working.
