Not alot of you probably remember me, as I played a year and kept a low profile on these forums, for your people who've played that long back, i was the guy to make the huge mass "Margera" Character, and I discoverd a new island, so you probably don't care but I just want to really post about this.

I have come back as I have free time in life now, and I'd like to catch up on a few things, just like, any wars? I was in the war with .. err the city starts with a L and some forest lol..

Anyways it'd be apperciated, if you don't think you're allowed to post it, then pm me, i just like to know what has been happening, any new updates? New resources, Thanks this is very helpful to me. :)

Please don't post to say "no one cares" Or something like that ;\

If i'm not allowed to post something like this, please advise me and i will delete it asap.

Ah, yes, I do remember you now. Welcome back.........your previous nick was Molested.Peach. (cky). (Hope you don't mind me posting that, if you do, send me a pm)

And I remember your Magera's. Sheriff Magera of one of the forests near Siom, right? And a couple others I didn't really know.

The war you're likely referring to is the war between the Lad Empire and DoUrden (Brinks Forest). Lad didn't fair so well in that one.

As for updates, they are all listed on various threads on the forum. Check out "implemented suggestions", or Chris's recent Programming Department Activity on this forum.

By the way, do you have a new account now?

There have been too many changes in the last year and a half to list fully. Perhaps the biggest change is the addition of the Wiki. If you take a look through it, you will probably see quite a few of the changes you missed. It is always good to have older players come back. :D

You have a great memory, lol. I didn't even know that, but yes, Sheriff Margera, had him lol.. And Lad empire was my first character, i saw alot of guys gathering the first day i got on this game saying something about going to a battle, i asked to join they gave me a sabre and i died the next day lol.

But thanks did I know any of your characters? From Sheriff Margera? If so pm me their old names or if they're still around, always nice to see someone I use to know.

And i will go look at those updates, thanks. :)

Sorry, don't disclose my charries, as they are mostly all still alive. Taargn Na Nogg was mine from that area, but she's gone now, so I guess i can finally reveal her. Poor thing, didn't mean to starve. Why didn't anyone feed her?

Pleasure to have you back! The whole game has been turned on it's ear, just so you know.

Few highlights you might find handy:

You need to eat! (duh) Otherwise, you're hunger bar will go up, and when full, you die.

You get tired doing stuff. You don't die if you're fully tired, but you're worthless for about 5 days afterwards.

You need to repair stuff you have from time to time, otherwise, it goes away. It still works just the same till the very end, but there's no getting it back if you don't fix it.

The rest will be more fun if you find out yourself, I think. Enjoy the wiki, but remember, sharing maps is still a no-no.

You can feel the love from the players that had to deal with all the Mageras walking about Cantr

Well i need to rant just one thing.. But we can't see the names of the towns anymore ;\? No offense but that's gonna kill me to know where I am, and do people just make up names for cities now? Or does it have a offical name lol.. The rest seems pretty basic but this seems like it's gonna be hard as hell to learn.

All you need to do is read the notes in the town, and/or ask someone the town name. If it's a new "made-up" name, they will often tell you what the old name was on the maps.

Thanks, are maps impossible to read now? Since names could be changed.. that was the only way i EVER got around was those picture maps lol.. ;\

No, not impossible at all, as long as you know the old name as well as the new one. And if you know some of the other towns, after a while, you can guess by road direction, if you're lucky enough to have a map that states road directions. But a lot of towns do have a note on the ground indicating where each road leads to.

Most maps should still be viable if you know where you're starting from, since road direction is listen next to the road in the game. Assuming the map is accurate directionally, you can compare the two.
