Good idea, I think I have a few extra caracter slots...

All in all I think the number's dropped some, even though I've noticed a string of them in the last few days, not all of them were technically newspawns anyway.

No, from where I'm sitting it looks like it's going to be another 'whiny N-Aldwitch' thread.

I haven't actually noticed a decline, but that's only because I've had too much on my mind IG to deal with besides them

I haven't noticed any difference at all really.

Bad thing is when you are killed for no reason lol. I got killed by an animal and I couldn't make another charrie.

When I see a suicidal newspawn it stands out more, although I'm not sure if that's because it's truly declining or if the new rule has brought it to my attention. I might only be noticing them because they make me wonder why they do it when there's that rule in place.
