CR breach was when players knew they can suicide their chars, cause it's so easy to create a new one. Now players have to spend bigger efforts to keep their chars alive.

It would be nice if you explain why do you consider it as a breach. You did it in another thread, but people could get confused if they look only into this poll.

Man, take it easy. Cantr is one big CRB. Everything in Cantr depends on OOC factors. You, as a players, are out of Cantr. And you decide what your characters do. When I go to work, where I don't have Internet, my characters sleeps - CRB. When I'm in the middle of war and my minutes are running out, my characters hides in building - CRB. When my minutes are running out, my characters hurry to finish their bussinesses - CRB.

I think there is one EXCELLENT way to fix this:

You can't create characters for 40 days, sure, but there are 3 permanent slots... Which means... You are guaranteed three characters no matter what. That's almost certainly fair.

I regret, but I can help nothing. I know, you will find the correct decision. Do not despair.

Come one, 15 - 3 = 12. Twelve charaters need to be killed in last 40 days to prevent you having more than 3 chars... ;)

I don't think it's a bad idea. The 40-day rule, I mean.

I'm all for it.

Hehe I know but it's just for safety. So players aren't too ... annoyed.

Yes, even I'd find difficulty doing that, and everyone has at least 1 main character that they don't want dead (I said at LEAST! :P ) so... I guess the current system's fine then...
