Down Down Down and out...
Well, Bugsy Malone aside, what i am asking is, who of your Characters was going to start off well, but ended up in the pit of poverty, or the sea of washed up losers...
Jason Selucid: Spawned in Moku, Traveled to Moku South and fell out with the leader over a woman (doh) Moved through the desert, half starved falls onto Pok soil, gets some food and moves up into the mountains, does a few jobs now and then, but really feels washed up and a nobody...

Spawned on Aki island and had a brilliant iron idea, in a town where the iron workings was extremely minimal, got to work imediately, built a stone table, built a primative furnace, set out to the place where he was going to collect hematite. At this point it looked like he would create some kind of extremely rich buisness and do very well for himself
but then the very first place he arrived at was uninhabited, he was still two towns away from the hematite, he fought we himself over whether to continue with his buisness or declare himself leader of this town. Either way it could end up good.
Whilst choosing he was killed in two days by the animals. Bummer

My most prominent failure was a char named Ray Heft.
He started his life out wandering, half-starved, through the mountains, for several years, before emerging into the plains with nothing but a couple diamonds and a f*** load of scars (mostly from animals). He then proceeded into the forest (after getting food, of course) and collected enough wood for a dinghy, all the while collecting more scars (this time from rouge newspawns). He made his way to the coast, where he began building his boat. About halfway through the project, pirates landed at the town and locked everyone up. He had enough wood to make himself and some of the other prisoners some shields so they wouldn't die (hopefully). Eventually, the citizens all broke out. Ray came out to find that the pirates had finished his boat... and then stolen it. He went back to the forest, got more wood, and then went back to the coast and build it successfuly this time. He left the town on the boat, and sailed to the next town. There, he traded off his diamonds for a bit of iron. Things started going well for him. While he was there, a newspawn wannabe pirate stole a sloop (that was unlocked for some reason) and attempted to escape. But never fear, Ray Heft is here! Ray rode off valiantly in his dinghy to bring the sloop back to the town. Upon docking the the sloop, Ray proceeded to slap the criminal and re-dock the sloop to shore. They all dragged the newspawn onto the beach, and while they were discussing where to put him, he jumped back on the sloop (which still had Ray's dinghy docked to it) and took off again. Ray borrowed a random raft that was in the area and attempted to follow, but was unsuccessful. Upon returning to shore, he was beaten severly with a sledgehammer by the owner of the raft (also a newspawn) and Ray hastily left. He arrived at a small, semi-violent town and was pitied there. He lived there for several years, yearning to get his dinghy back, and everything on it. His life ended shortly one night as a deranged mountain goat took the liberty of taking away his last 6 points of health.
The end.

All of my endings are waiting to begin.

You didn't pay attention much on Aki did you?

We're fighting the war. To walk alone is death. Case in point.

Jorbah Orzo, my third character ever. He built a boat and learned how to sail it with his friend Marcus Long. He sailed around the whole of the Nazy Bay and was about to start a ferry service when he was abducted by bandits while digging for salt and killed. To make matters worse, he tried to shoot himself with a bow before his captors killed him and missed two days in a row.

One of my characters we bent on making a religion, a Silly one, but was met by the usual. Threatened with death, told to leave, never come back, etc. Wandered to some mountains, gave up reliegon, helped start a town, with forge and alumina refiner, came back from a gathering mission to find everyone gone or sleeping.
Now wanders around, aimlessly

My very first character. I was locked in a building and starved to death. To noobish to know about sending letters. My second character was Spanish and died from starvation on the road. I had a David character die from starvation because he happened to wind up at the desert. My second David character has had some real bad luck with getting thown in jail and up to 97% damage, but is diong pretty well now. My first Ron character died from a wild boar. Got to tell my dad about that since I named the character after him.
My second Ron character got really lucky working for someone and got chased to almost death, but is doing fine now. And that's all my Cantr deaths.
