I know this sucks! 5 days is a huuuuge amount of time, I just hope none of my characters die in the time it is down!

I'm pretty sure that Cantr time would freeze while its down...and Jos posted in general support that donations made might save us from it anyway.

My wife and I have already been talking about what we're going to be doing while Cantr is down. Finishing painting the living room and dining room of our house.

No, it wasn't down, there was just an IG msg saying it might have to be shut down for about 5 days because of extra costs caused by spyware making the bandwidth usage spike up, costing an extra $30 or so dollars a day. But somewhere on the forum, Jos said it may not have to happen because he got some extra donations that may keep it from being shut down for a few days. I'm sure we'll get more notification if there's anymore to that before he shuts it down if he has to.

Hehe, if you were really smart, you could steal as much as possible from a town minutes before the shutdown, jump on to the road and be forgotten about! XD But I guess it would still display up on events... Not that I'd do anything like that, honest!
