What's the worst thing one of your characters ever did?
Do they feel guilty? What's the aftermath?

Abducted and killed five or six people, and locked a bunch of newspawns up to let them starve to death. No guilt, he believes it was right.

Decided that he wanted the weapon a badly hurt woman was holding. He felt really bad about it up until the part where the town leader killed him on the road.

Betrayed friends and associates by running away with pirates when there was some sort of war going on. He doesn't see any cons for his choice.

Falling in love with his leaders woman and running away with her. No regrets.

Killing two people in prison who had commited no real crime, but were just being rude. Can't regret cause he's dead

Stole the axe loaned to me by building a smaller boat, stole loads of rare materials and tools from another ship while it was unaware, took an abandoned ship after chucking the dead boy over board, And then this female pirate type has managed to steal a man's wife.

And so far, no one has even seen her, or thinks of her as a thief or pirate.

Killed five or six people because he wanted their belongings. No regrets, they really were nice belongings...

Took advantage of civil war to steal a lot of items and resources. Felt a little guilty, but now it has paid off he is glad he did it.

Stealing 20kg of wood by taking advantage of a revolution against the leader of a town. Not really any regrets apart from everyone getting pissed off with him.

On of my characters stole a bike and filled it with stolen healing food. In another town, she found the dead body of a very old woman with the keys to her home on it. Ransacked the home for loads of tools, a crossbow, crowbar and a few kilos of iron and steel.

The only regret she had was to forget to pick up food that she could eat. Someone stole her stolen bike, she went after it, and promptly starved a few days later whilst on the road...

worst thing one of charris ever did was get given plenty of equipment as payment for 3 days work on a radio, and a steel weapon and shield to help some guy take over a town, then not take over the town, keep the steel weapon and shield without telling anybody and ask to be payed for the second time for fixing the radio, the guy I didnt help I think is no also dead

Raped a woman, hit several people out of sheer paranoia and killed four people. I think he felt regret sometimes, but not often. Got away with it exept that in the end he was so wounded he didn't want to go through the healing process again.

Worst thing one of my characters has done -

Fondled himself whilst gazing at a woman.

Massacred two towns completely, killing around 50 people. Partially massacred two more, killing perhaps another 10 or 20, including June Maken and HvyThg.

Killed Best Friend.

Convinced the leaders of the town that their fellow leaders were after them. It didn't work out as well as I thought it would. I was going for an Othello moment, beware the green eyed monster.

Wow, some of you people are really evil (or even eeeevil), I can't compete with anybody in this thread!

The worst thing one of my characters has ever done was steal a ship and abandon all her friends when they needed her help because she was really depressed and feeling hopeless about a certain situation, and even then it might not have technically been stealing, because the ship had probably been stolen by somebody else first and the new lock belonged to her.

Though I do have my first attempts at an evil char in the works, a sociopath/wannabe serial killer who hates everyone around him, but he probably won't be ready to "come out of the closet" for another couple of years or so.
