Wow lots of adds on cantr coming up. I understand you have to break even, but the underlining of the word vehicles is too much and I just have to click which exits me out of the game. Could you at least stop it from exiting me out of cantr.

I think it's spyware thats troubling you... I had about 30 trojan mails the last week... Norton blocked most of them but one got through... Madfinder... TRy looking for the file: "SVC.exe". You won't be able to delete it though... Well, I cant.

Try running "ADaware or "spybot". They'll fix it. but be sure to make a backup first.

You can delete it if you kill the process first. But if you kill the wrong thing you could cause your computer to throw a wobbly.

I use Lavasoft's Ad-Aware. Make sure you run the update util before you run it for best results.

Maybe. My bro downloaded way to much on this computer.

So it isn't Cantr? That's good.

To catch it in the system process, you can definitely do it by going into the system main files and deleting it manually. Things like that happen all the time. You'll want to back up your system first, and then run 'sysconfig' and changing the main system files. :D

Or, you could always let it engulf your hard drive like AOL does.

Yeah there's no pop-ups on cantr.

Not that I'd know, though. Opera suppresses popups, I thank ye. :D

I've been having the same thing happen to me recently. Porn just pops up out of nowhere and there's not even an option to close it. I have to go into my task manager and start getting rid of things until it dissappears.

The pop-ups have nothing to do with Cantr. I get them too, though. Very annoying!

Hmm, Cantr is always the first site I visit in the morning, so I wouldn't know whether I would get them if I go to another site ...

At home, I have now the Google taskbar added to my IE and that blocks all pop-ups ... which is quite nice ...

Well they aren't pop-ups they are just words that are underlined in yellow actually on the site. I never saw that form of advertising, but your porbably right it's something my brother downloaded.

Get a pop-up blocker. That would solve your problems.

There is a free pop-up blocker. It's pretty good. I use it and it usually blocks most pop-ups.

Pop-ups are evil! Just like viruses!

NBC helped finance the people who made that after they made it. It was like a hyper dictionary/news concept where every word on a page just about would be clickable.
