The Cynic? One of my characters has seen him around fairly recently, I think in Klojt or somewhere. Although a few of my characters have seen him, I don't think any of them have ever seen him talk.

Satrap is alive (or was 4 days ago) but my character hasn't seen him move the whole time she's been there. One time I noticed him repairing his shield or something, but nothing exciting.

I was also happy to see that Satrap is still alive, and fortunately he did wake up soon after my character did, but that was over 9 years ago.
Edit: And he woke up a couple other times as well.
I've been curious about Spider, since I heard that he's still alive yet just sleeps and eats. He could potentially be the oldest character.

Spider is still alive, and more awake than he used to be. My character used to get annoyed at him for just sleeping and using up food without contributing anything to the town.
