I saw a shipyard project yesterday, and was wondering what it does. It's not in the wiki yet.

EDIT: I just looked through all the projects, and it doesn't appear to be buildable now either. Is this some artifact from ancient days?

It is an artifact .. There are even several locations where they have been built, Currently they serve no function but RD may bring them back .

Good idea - bring back to build new classes of ships or improve older...
