At least, worst name your characters have seen.

To further explain this, it includes lazy names (like plain Bob), and n00bzor names (like, Irock Usuck), oh, and just plain bad names.

I nominate Heregoes. (Sorry, Hagan, but it's kinda boring a name.)

Oooh.. there was one in Karnon Forest, back in the days of Rick O'Shea, Austin Powers, and Etain... damn what was the other guy's name... it drove me nuts. Heavythug or something like that.

Was there J-Los running around to start all the house projects titled Jennifer Lopez's house or J-Lo's house? I've seen at least two, maybe more. And I think I saw a Roger Rabbit somewhere, a corpse from the time before dynamical naming. And this little dimwit in Shortinazy called "voldemort" (yes, he was one of them lowercasers). I really much hope he's dead.

And personally what I found annoying is "PsP Daughter", or how ever the capitalization goes, anyway, how do you pronounce a name that has no vowels? And many could complain about the daughter part too, since Cantr doesn't have families at least in the biological sense.

And every name that contains numbers. There was this woman who died in Siom, had some long number in her name. I can't remember what it was and it's not worth checking.

And then mikejacobs. Why can't he put a space there? But nooo, it's not mike jacobs, it's mikejaycobs.

anything ending in Smith *shudder*

Marlboro Red in Akypor, there are probably others that I've repressed to save myself anguish...

The good thing is people with these names tend not to stay alive very long

HvyThg Jr. at first, actually, and he was played by the same player as Austin Powers.

If you haven't played Cantr before, you;d be forgiven for using the usual 'character' names you see everywhere else, or naming your first character after your own handle (and I am very glad I kind of cottoned on first time round and my first charries wasn't hallucinatingfarmer...)

Yep and I hit her too.

All of my names are taken from the US Census. So if you hate them, just remember that someone has to live with that name.

Are there any dibs on my dead character names? For the less inclined, less creative, or those whose character's names are listed on this topic

When i was a callow youth (well, more so than I am now) I used my own name and obvious rearrangements thereof. Eventually realized that was a stupid thing to do and changed those names . . . to Tolkienian names (obscure, mind, but still cheap).
