Hogan Blight

Could someone keep me updated about people's reactions to Hogan Blight death in Cantr City? I haven't actually read what happened yet as my e-mail is currently down (again!) but I have my feelings as to who killed him. Was it Adam Canfield and his people or Katie Mlee and her people? I know Adam went crazy and I know that Katie didn't like Hogan. But whatever happened would have to have been caculated since Hogan was at 60% health with a wooden shield. I wonder who will provide wheat for the Inn now that Hogan is gone. Hogan was really the only all around provider for the Inn of its wheat. I guess now that Hogan is gone that means no wheat for the Inn which means no food from the Inn which means people will starve in Cantr City. Unless William is able to find anothe wheat farmer who has a sickle.

Julian Edmanson and Gustov went around killing people outside after Julian let him out. During this spree is when Hogan was killed. The two of them hit everyone, many people died.

Some others provided wheat but no sickle and now they have refuge in the inn or are dead as well.

Indeed, Julian Edmonson and Gustav Graves are terrorizing the city, having a locked building as base and coming out only to use their heavy weapons to kill. Hogan was killed by them. I can tell you that the inn manager, William Delano, showed himself very angry about the killing of Hogan, and is at this moment trying to 'learn the criminals a lesson' at his own. A lot of people were killed, some others are hiding in buildings or ran away, so Cantr City looks like a ghost town now, with only some wounded people lying at the ground, a lot of dead bodies lying around and one old man trying to pick a lock and saying a lot of 'Ah' in a very angry way...

Darn! Now I wish my chars that were in Cantr City hadn't gotten depressed and suicidal awhile back. Christina didn't die, did she? I always knew William would get "upset" one day. A passive old man who's been around the block and a constant supply of newspawns with no respect are a bad combination. :lol:

Christina is still alive, but you must have seen that already... The strange thing is that this crisis is not due to 'newspawns'! Adam Canfield and Julian Edmonson are both living a long time in Cantr City already, and Gustav Graves, who is the most violent criminal, is not very young either. I can't imagine why they all went mad, however.

I have my own theory;

Adam Canfield I know was once a citizen of the Ladvicitavoi Empire. I also know that he was recruited for a secret service of the Empire to spy on other places. Perhaps, someone finally difured that out, like Katie or something, and now they see no recourse but to eliminate all the threats.

I did notice that about William with the Ah and all. I've never seen William get mad before so that must be a sight. Now I almost feel sorry for Julian and Gustav for when William breaks that lock there will be hell to pay, I assume.

Though, I do question the whole massacring thing. It seems to happened to often when a character doesn't get their way. One my characters have a philosophy; "You can steal much from a dead corpse". I think there would be better ways to have gone about the whole massacring town thing. But alas, I guess it is the easiest way to make sure you come to power or get what you want.

I have a char, born in Naron, attacked by Blackbeard, got fed up and left, and now came to Cantr City finding himself being attacked again.

I think he may become a hermit/recluse

I can see it now. "You sir you can not enter this town you are death and destruction and we don't want any " you would be as unwant as door to door salesmen!

or a vodafone representative (my dad works for BT and takes great delight in telling them so, and watching their embaressed expressions when he says he wouldn't be interested in changing thank you very much)

or Jehova's Witnesses (no, we don't want to convert, we already believe in God...)

or people who persistantly ring the doorbell (I don't care, I'm patient, I can wait you out :twisted: ......)

Meh, it's much more fun to open the door when they keep ringing the bell and greeting them with an implement of death. Watch 'em run away ^-^

Well, at last it seems that Hogan Blight was a lucky man to be killed in such an early stade of the events. At last the killing of the bandits did stop, but now Alenz Hills is attacking and destroying the comlpete community of Cantr City...
