One, please do remember the four day rule when posting.
And two, it hardly seems to be a revolution as there is an election already going on.

Are you sure it's a revolution? Quillanoi generates a lot of hot air at the best of times, from my limited experience (10 days) in it.

Hopefully Quillanoi will be the center for the future of air and wind in cantr.
Maybe we'll see a hot air balloon there as well in the near future.

You aren't supposed to talk about events until at least 4 days have passed. It keeps down temptation for breaking the CR.

Quillinoi will never change. It is doomed to be in constant revolution. You talking about change is how Quillinoi always is and always will be. However, Quillinoi never actually follows through with any of its changes.

Because he:
