Postby 15454 » Tue Jan 03, 2006 3:43 am

I know this is a very strange question but you click drag and see how much percentage you drag like you know i hope...

My strongest character can drag 91% **
heh I think got lucky and have the strongest charracter in the world.

** Edit I didnt know dragging was diffrent when dragging difrent people so the most so far is 159%

I know of at least one character that can do over 100% all by his lonesome.

Missing out on a lot of deranged slaughter there. As we say in oldbie country, "Drag into the jail and hack to death first, ask questions later." Fight without dragging? Unheard of.

I dunno...I have a a real good dragger who can drag someone no problem...well, problem for me cause I have to "get a better grip" all the time until I finish....And then when he drags like someone I would assume is very strong, it turns out to be like 60%....so yeah...I dunno....Hes a great dragger, but depends on the peoples.

Ok here's a test done by one of my characters, I blanked out the names to keep the anonymity. As you can see, carried weight has absolutely no effect, while tiredness and damage do. But yeah, most of the draggability depends on a personal hidden attribute. I bet it's the strengh stat, the one that effects both hunting and fighting damage. And dragging. If you're a good dragger then others have it harder to drag you.

Code: Select all

   Dragged   Tired   Damage   Visible equipment
A   43%   0%   0%   xbow, fpole, iron, shovel
B   72%   0%   0%   pick, shovel, sickle, tshield
(self)50%   1%   0%   whip, crowbar, sabre, tshield   8400g
C   65%   1%   5%   axe, iron, shovel, sabre, wshield
D   149%   0%   0%   crbow, fork, shovel, wshield   8099g
E    62%   1%   29%   wshield
F   100%   1%   0%   comp, iron
G   115%   0%   0%   comp, pick, wshield
H   53%   1%   0%   bclub
I   83%   0%   14%   nothing
J   104%   1%   0%   bone club
K   47%   0%   0%   nothing
L   58%   1%   0%   nothing
M   60%   0%   0%

I have one character who has never failed to drag anyone by herself. And she is mad good with a crossbow... Strong woman...powerful shot...In an essence don't mess with the Stone Knights.

I've got one that can drag just about anyone she tries... and if she can't get them healthy, all she'd have to do is hit 'em then she could drag them by herself... I haven't much tested my others though... some are fairly weak and others are about medium, I think... one or two others might be fairly strong like her...

I've got one that can drag by himself. Which was very useful when he needed to get his crew onto the ship and away quickly...

I should point out that your dragging ability is affected the strength (effectively weight in this circumstance) of the person you try to drag. So two strong chars could likely drag the other at only 50% - i.e. they have the same strength.

Does that help at all?

Speaking of great effects, I remember the time litle Bessie Rae Monaghan single-handedly whipped the Perverted Hermit out of the Lake Village Tailoring Shop. Then Chauncey looked at him fuming like "What did you do this time?!"
