That's a problem with your computer. You may be able to fix it by going to the "View" menu of your browser and looking for an option to set character encodings - set it to Cyrillic, or maybe Unicode. If that doesn't work, your computer is probably missing the character set.

Well, undo whatever made it stop working. I can't help you any more than that because I don't know anything about your computer.
