it's always possible that there are islands without spawn points out there... O.o
but I doubt it... too much needless work for the programing department.

I thought most of those lands don't have locations yet. Is it still possible for someone to land on them?

And no, without locations, it can't be used, but I didn't mention that, as there will probably be locations before anyone found them

supposing a character got into a boat and sailed off into the sunset...if you saw him approaching unexplored land, would you hurry up and put locations there before he got there?
and once land has been discovered, does a spawn point get placed on it?
That'd be wild.
