Do Cantrians dream?

I searched briefly for an existing topic, but didn't find one so I will start a new one.

I have this idea that I want to bring into one of my characters but it involves dreaming, and I was wondering if Cantrians actually dream... like when sleeping or something.

Mine do often. I'll check my logs if I could find examples but searching my log folder for ones containing the word "dream", I found 57 topics...

To Dove, while imprisoned by the Mac Gregors:
838-2: Korrigan says to you: "*He wraps the fur cloak around both of them
tightly and lays down, he closes his eyes and dreams of Krif. Quietly he
whispers* We should have never left Krif"
Awwww, I'd totally forgotten about this... And a bit before that he kissed her. How could I forget something like that???

And a bit later...

840-2: You say: "*She stares at Don`s corpse, swallowing with agony in her eyes.* We we`re going to start a business... to see the world together. *Sniff.* I`ve been seeing nightmares.. in some of them you killed me, in others the MacGregors burn me alive or torture me.. but it`s worst when I dream of *sniff* being back in Krif and everything is alright..."
840-2: You kill Korrigan using a hunting bow.

Well, Seko, those might be a dream like a goal of some sort, but I think that I will have them dream.

I don't think so, considering Cantrians still hear and see things when they're sleeping.
Too much brain stimulation, for dreams.

Lewis's first encounter with a non-sleeper (after two or three years of loneliness after spawning):

884-6: You say: "*His jaw drops open.* You can speak! Now I`m surprised.. I was starting to think this was all a dream of some sort.. with strange puppets that look like men, but never do nothin`. *Takes his hand and shakes it enthousiastically.*"

And later:

941-5: You use 80 grams of daisies on Manufacturing crown of daisies.
941-5: You say: "Maybe, maybe I find some pretty girl who would like to wear this. *Smiles dreamily, you can always have dreams.*"

Still no girl, but the crown of daisies is still there.

916-2: Kard Mac Gregor says to you: "*looks up and smiles kindly* Dove, you should smile more. Worry less. I know things have happened, but you shouldn`t have to worry about the past. Dream. Dream of the future. Of a bright future and smile."

And later:

957-5: You say to Kard McG: "I had a dream we had a son... a really small one, smaller than newspawns. And everything was well in that dream, mother was still alive and everyone was happy. But it just didn`t feel real. It was like everybody were just dolls or characters in a painting or a play... *Sighs* There`s so much hubbub in here. *Touches Kard`s arm lightly.* I wish we could have some time alone for a change."

But they never had the time alone. And if someone dares to say Cantrians can't be longing for babies, I'll bite your head off!

Then it turned into nightmares...

975-3: You say: "No! ...Kard, Kard! *she screams suddenly, starts struggling against the cloth blocking her vision. But she stops panicing when she manages to get the cloak off her face and sees Kard working nearby, unharmed. She sits up, messy hair covering half her face when she hangs her head down, pressing the side of her fist softly against her lips to bring comfort.* Just a dream, just a dream, *she whispers after a while and sighs.*"

Or maybe hallucinations would be a better word. Eventually the headaches and delusions were so bad Lord McGregor had to make a hole into her skull. After that she was mostly happy though delirious from the fever.

1015-6: You say: "*Stares to the ceiling and laughs silently.* Birds..? 'ell tha's somethin'! uh... i shoul' go inside already.. it's g-gettin' a bit chilly in'ere... *She stops to listen for a moment.* oh? well, alright, jus' for a little... *Her voice turns into silent humming, if there are words they are too faint to be heard.*"

1017-6: You say: "*She wriggles in her sleep, breathing accelerating and a silent whimper escapes from her lips.*"
1017-7: Kard McG says: "*looks to Dove, and carefully holds her, a look of concern in his eyes*"
1017-7: You say: "..don't, you're scaring me! *she screams all of a sudden. Her eyes burst open for a moment but unable to see Kard or anything else in the room, still looking off into the dream world.* ..i thought we were friends... *she mutters, voice fading towards the end when she drifts deeper into sleep.*"
1017-7: Kard McG says: "*blinks and is startled, but then sighs* She's still dreaming... "
1018-2: You say: "*Her eyelids quiver then open slowly. She looks at Kard and smiles faintly before closing her eyes again.* ..So foggy in 'ere... *she mutters and runs her tongue over the chapped lips. She fumbles for his hand and grasps it weakly, her skin glowing with fever.* Don't you get tired sitting 'ere? Get some rest. I'm not going anywhere."

...

1019-1: Kard McG says to you: "*gives her a kiss* Dove, remember the time I sang to you? Remember the time you dreamed of a family? I love you Dove... Just rest, get better from this now so we can make more good memories in the future. "

1019-6: You say: "*For a long time she has laid still, but suddenly without a sensible trigger her eyes burst open and she rolls to her back, propping herself to a half-sitting position.* Mother, I knew you'd come back! *Her eyes are locked to an empty spot in the air. A smile spreads on her lips as she stays quiet for a while, listening to the silence.* ...Oh-of course I will, *she gasps finally. She stands up and manages to take a couple of wobbly steps towards the door before collapsing.*"

And then... she died. The end.

Gahak: He heaves a sigh and turns to face her again.* I never thought I'd find someone like you... *he whispers and wraps his arms around her. Without a warning he lowers his lips to her neck, starts caressing her tender skin with hungry kisses.*"
Bailey: *kisses him back, slipping her hands into his hair, and turns her face to his, smiling* Nor did I... I'd only dreamed..." *her lips meet his, and she's overwhelmed, her feelings overwhelming her* Dreams do come true...

And alas, dreams tend to fade quite fast...

I went on vacation to Cuba for a week, and when I came back one of my chars had a dream of some place with a beach, with people mumbling strange words and chewing on smoking, brown, sticks.

If you want them to have dreams then they will. I always assumed that was just included in the rp of it all. I have a character that has had horrible dreams about something she did. There's also a note in a place that details a dream of some very strange things. It's just whether you want to add that element to your rp or not.

I had made one of my characters dream a dream that he talked about, but that dream was based on a dream I dreamed myself in my own sleep. I guess that's considered some sort of a Capital Rule Breach, huh? Or is it a bad form of roleplay?

Cantrians dream.... look at Zara (the Stacey and Zara one) she dreams and yells out things like green whilst she is doing it
