who want to log in but don't seem to get the loging ID...
It happend to me too and I just let the Chars die and restarted the account... but I don't think things should be working like that should they?

They might try sending an email to the Players Department... That's what I told one of my friends that it happened to.

Yes, that is the right answer. There seems to be a bug for accounts that are automatically accepted, and we need to hear from those people, so we can send them their id numbers.

This has been reported on flyspray, however has not been remedied as of yet.

Is that a really old bug? Because it took at least a week to sort out my account when I applied... and that was nearly two years ago...

Oh and shouldn't this be in GS?
