"hypotheticaly" If a character dies in Quillanoi, how should they go about preparing a last will, to determine who their private belongings go to once they're gone? Not, their joint accounts, or joint property, but their private accounts, and their private property?

What do you feel the answer should be? I thought the answer was, write a last will and testimate, hand a copy to the President, and to the person who was recieving the personal effects. I can't imagine what more my char should have done, as the law does not state another procedure, but I've heard the will is having some trouble being validated, and I don't understand why, and am curious to know the answer.

*shrugs*
I don't know that much about the Quill legal system. The notes on the ground there probably tell more than I know. Dartel just enforces it, as-and-when.

A true bureaucratically choked government.

I wouldn't try to get something done in Quil by posting about it on the forum...

I think you've made a mistake there, West... I've corrected your post below for you, see?

I'd say the main reason the will didn't go down is because Amon didn't want it to. If Woodhouse would have taken all of Alyssa's posessions, then he would become the owner of BBI, as well as the potato harvester. Amon couldn't let himself be pushed into the lower class.

I remember that.
The prison system in Quillanoi really needs revamping...
Noone EVER gets sentenced to death. But no matter what you're imprisoned for, you're more than likely going to die from starvation, or murder by another prisoner.
