I have to agree.

Sex in Cantr is nonsensical, as Cantrians aren't born in that way.

The only reason sex is pleasurable is because otherwise people (or any other creature) would die out.

If there were no purpose for it, it would be nonsensical for it to be pleasurable, as it would expend energy without giving you anything (unless you on a diet or something.......)

I have incorperated that into the religious text I'm writting to.

I'm very narcisistic, as you may have seen?


And guy, listen, I don't know about you, but "Internet Love" seems like a rather idiotic concept to me.

I don't mind if it's in a story, for role playing, whatever, makes sense, but listen man, your being rediculous.

In fact, in a world such as Cantr, love is not all that usefull.

Maybe it's fun (hell, I don't know.) but not usefull.

Sex isn't pleasurable for any animal except us and I think dolphins. The others have sex only to reproduce. And since cantrians are humanoids, I'm sure it could be possible to have sex even though that's not how they reproduce.

It's also largely instinct, but so is wanting to screw healthy people, so is possesiveness and protectiveness towards a mate.

Nobody tells animals that sex is fun, and yet they know it is anyway.

But, unless the animal is exetremly stupid or completly dependent on instinct (a fly) then they would not be inticed simply by that.

Sex is a very unsafe persuit for an animal.

According to the doctrine (My doctrine)
We used to be like the animals we hunt (in Cantr) but then the programers (or gods) raised us above there level, giving us much more intelegence,(for the reason that it would be exetremly funny) and taking away the duty to reproduce, taking it up themselves, so as to control population (giving us time to get up to more halarious antics, I.e, wars, theft, murder and the like)

And that is why we can still screw, and also why it produces nothing.

Because the males want to spread their genes as much as possible.

It's pretty hard to define 'pleasure' for most animals. Dolphins included. So any of this has to be taken with a grain of salt.

But you know, as far as I can see Cantr animals reproduce in very nearly the same way as cantr characters do...popping up out of nowhere based on the number already around.

Sex may be pleasurable for animals, but I think the actual statistic was that only humans and dolphins have sex for pleasure rather than procreation. Or something.

Actually there are a couple other animals out there that do have sex for pleasure, some specie (right spelling? or something..) of ape that does as well.

If one is scared to have sex in cantr, I'd have to say, they're just scared. I don't think it runs any deeper then that. You're just scared.

Scared isn't the same thing as just not wanting to.

I find it wastes minutes, is emotionally taxing, and can sometimes border on the sketchy.

I rarely (not never) engage in it.

Course, I have a girlfriend in real life. Text is a poor substitute.

But I'm a firm believer in IMPLIED cantr sex, that's how marriages stay together without wasting minutes!

Implied sex? That's thee lamest thing, I've ever heard. What *CENSORED* is implied sex? When others presume the lady is getting layed do to the fact she's behind closed doors? Lame. Lame. Lame. It boils down to the male is either scared, or gay, so pick one of the obvious choices..
