Spawning in the same old areas

Let's see, today I spawned two boys out of curiosity, both ending up in places where my other characters had already been. If I'm counting right, I've had 20 characters in total, of which five are dead. Luckily I've never spawned two kids in the same town so I shouldn't whine, but too often they end up in the neighbouring towns. In the beginning I used to get about half and half on the both big islands. Now Brunoi and Reniov forest seem to be drawing my characters like magnets. There are many places I've never seen and have no in-game reasons to travel to. Instead I have to resist the urge to abuse the options given by having two characters bump into each other. I don't mean working together or trading, no, but the chance of getting loud and visible. Perhaps someone witnessed the Dark/Pharap encounter or Marce/Lewis encounter, they happened without planning. And I had fun. But I'd still rather rp with someone else to have a chance to be surprised.
The first number is how many I've spawned on the area. The number in parenthesis is how many others of my characters have traveller to or through the area.
Main island:
Blerk/Blaman/Sjoftich region - 3 (1)
Naron/Lad/Miron region - 1 (0)
Tircqi - 1 (0)
Brunoi/Quillanoi/Lake village region - 5 (1)
Kiii/Zuzi/Jakara - 0 (2)
Siom/Reniov region - 2 (2)
Vrayllnuets/Xiria region - 1 (0)
Hilloi/Flonder region - 0 (3)
Pak/Pok region - 1 (0)
Krif - 1 (0)
Seatown/Djorf hills region - 2 (0)
Klojt/Dory - 0 (1)
Plaekur/Akypor region 0 (1)
Zhift/Mulof/Baaak - 0 (1)
K-island - 1
Swedish region - 2
Places that none of my characters have been to: Akypor, Blojt, Drojf, Longinazy, Mirovash, Moku, Olipifirovash, Shortinazy, Zuzi. Not even mentioning Aki island or the other rare islands.

your spread really isn't bad at all.
Just 'cause it's fun, here's what I got (in order):
Kwor
Kirinn
Olipifirovash
Pok
Quillanoi
Kwor
Drojf
(note: haven't spawned anyone since people centric spawning was introduced.)

I know what you mean Seko... I had a whole bunch on k-island once... (and yes... I know I moan about that a lot...)
My spread is still bad - I currently have two in Blojt, three on K-island, and one around krif and my most recent is wandering around the ghost towns near Alenz...

All my English speaking chars are on different islands!

Nearly everyone I English character I spawn ends up in or near Seatown, Olipifirovash, or Blojt. I've had one character spawn outside of those areas, but she's still on the same island.
I also typically have newspawns look around, harvest something useful, and leave for different pastures, but I've got at least three who have stayed in or next to their spawning locations (next to, usually because there's no food!)

I definitely have a few 'clumps' of characters on certain islands. Which usually isn't too much of a problem until they start travelling around. I try to avoid having any two characters in the same town because I inevitably do something goofy.... like talk with the wrong character.

All of my newspawns almost always end up in Quillanoi or Blojt.

I really would like my characters spread out more . . . And I've never managed to get a character on any island other than the two main ones.

Stating the obvious here folks, it's because people centric spawning will put you where there are a lot of characters. Considering that Aki Island had spawn points for a very short period of time comparatively, and Burgeo none, thus there was never time to establish a sizable population there (the animals not helping).
When I joined, the Spawnpoint Spawning system worked against me, spawning nearly a half dozen characters in Naron.

A lot of them died and left and died and left and stayed alive.

I don't have any characters in Naron today, though. Regions where I haven't had as much luck in, like the Siom area, I was able to travel characters there from Naron (who later died) and one's in the region from near Brunoi/Tircqi.
It's a small world afterall.
I really suggest travelling by the way, it might be hard on the legs for your characters, but it's much more satisfying than building everything the game has to offer. Even better is travelling in a small cluster of active, dependable and fun chars.

I've had like 6 characters spawn in the Seatown area either in the garden or the forest and other in Krif.

I thought it was sort of annoying that I had a character spawn in one town, put her on the road to somewhere else to gather carrots, and then my very next character also spawns in this town, barely a day after the first one left.
