I noticed there were quite a few threads praising characters role playing so I thought I'd start a similar thread. For those who don't get much of a mention that much, the characters who just don't seem to have hung on to the concept of sanity.
I'll start...
Bubba - K Island - He's strange enough to qualify for this list surely.

In Blojt Forest (west) there is quirky guy who refuses to give his name and screams about the raccoons. He calls them little world wreckers.

Oh... as far as crazy no names with animal obsessions, I'll have to also nominate the cow guy in Seatown Lakeside. Bibbin I guess. Hah.

Raccoons have masks.
Racoons, on the other hand, are native only to Cantr. So I wouldn't know if they have masks or not.

There's a guy in Krif who I named "Carrot Dude." (he has a given name, but I can't recall it) He always talks about carrots, especially one carrot, which he calls 'Sammy the Carrot.' Recently, he nominated Sammy the Carrot for the Krif Council position. He's currently building "The Carrot House."
I think the guy's love for carrots could be termed "obsessive." So I'll give him mention on this topic.

The guy's name is Sammy. The carrot is Carl.

Cow is another good one. Seems perfectly normal, then suddenly punctuates all his sentences with a long mooing sound.

Well I have to admit I'm disappointed to hear that being obsessed with animals is so commonplace. And here I thought I was being original...
Oh well, I'm having fun, so my char will keep at it.
