Yet another one of those sad topics

Characters keeping me from clicking the big X today:

Bailey who's the best g/f in Cantr, and all those annoying people out there whom I can't give the pleasure of getting rid of a certain big-mouth

Beth and Walter whom Hannah loves both as much, and Polly whom she loves like a daughter

Solan and Alexander who at least tried, and Slaid who's dead but never forgotten

The people of Kiii

Caine (- will you ever realize in-game that Seko loves you?)

---

I think that's it. For some people left out, I'm sorry but I can't feel through all of my characters as greatly as the old ones. I wish this list would be longer but sometimes it feels like there is no hope left. But maybe even a little hope is better than nothing.

...The only thing holding me back is the hope for a better tomorrow...

Come on now...I was irritated yesterday when I thought the tiredness thing was something that would last, but it is a bug...things like that happen.

When it works properly we will have a use for furniture and a way to recover faster from tiredness...it will be great! :D

Have faith in Jos. People always are mad at new improvements (I'm sure most of you forumers remember the switch of raw iron to hematite), but once it's all settled, we get used to it and agree it's all the better. Cantr NEEDS to be constantly changed. That's part of what makes Cantr.

Did you guys know that there used to be no way to attack anyone in Cantr?

And did you know, many didn't want to see that change? Think of where we would be if he hadn't added that! This will just add a new dimension which we will all appreciate later. Although I do agree with Seko for now. Fix it now!!!!

Feeling like this again, but no need to start a new topic for it.

Last night I realized Cantr has become an obligation to me. I feel guilty if I don't respond to people ingame. It's no longer fun. I do enjoy it when people talk to my characters but I feel so totally exhausted and uninspired to write replies, and then I feel guilty. I'm still active and I read everything that's going on but I have characters who mostly work silently, and some are not even working on anything though I said to myself they'd never turn sleepers. I guess all of them or almost all have somebody to live for, so even though deleting a couple of characters might make my life easier, the thought of it is so depressing that it almost makes me cry.

I know how you feel, Seko. If you want to talk about it, message me... Maybe we can form a Cantr depressive society?

Indeed, maybe an enforced break would help? 48 hours of Cantr being down - the world frozen?

Might help programmers?

Maybe over this weekend - when I won't be able to log in?
*hint hint, nudge nudge*

I feel much the same way. I have about 3 characters I am genuinely interested in RPing at this point. The rest... meh. Haven't panned out.

One of them I want to complete her quest and then quietly fade away.
One will likely kill someone and then return home to die.
One will do... something. I don't know what, but if she can resolve a major question in her life, she'll be happy enough.
One will finish building her boat; everything after that is immaterial.

I admit, I often check my chars... but when someone speaks to them, I will often not answer until much later... yes, I am evil.

That's not evil at all - I rarely having running ocnversations with people. I always assume, Cantr being Cantr, that they don't, or at least shouldn't, expect an immediate response

Have you ever logged into a character and notice someone spoke to you, but you haven't the energy to reply to them, so you make sure not to move around or pick anything up cause you want to atleast blame your silence to sleeping?

Well usually I don't have the energy to do ANYTHING if I don't feel like answering. I don't even start projects.

Ok I'm cheering up here... Just gotta do things a bit differently.

And how about that, I played all my minutes first time in ages. Though in the morning there was a long time I was just looking around without doing anything, at some point half of my characters weren't doing anything.

yes. and how badly I wanted to go get something out of a building. Sometimes I will try to slip in a new outside project and hope they don't notice
