Combat

Postby trage » Sun Nov 14, 2004 10:02 pm

Ooooooh I hate you. You people I am talking to know who you are!

I have to say, no offense, but this is crazy, the changes are outrageous and certain items are useless now! What is the point of getting a ********** if it does/blocks as much as a *********?

And the new way that combat works, that's just crazy!

I find this utterly ridiculous!

This is now the third time in 20 years this has happened. When will it end? In real life steel doesn't suddenly become weaker, or wood stronger.

And not to mention wood is not as strong as iron.

I have seen bone weapons do more damage than steel since the change.
What the hell? Is this some sick joke aimed at the powerful?

This is really weird...for me everything seems to be pretty much as usual. Have I been left out of the game changes or something?

I haven't tried any violence since everything went pfft, but check your tiredness. If you have 90%, you probably should expect your sabre (and apparently shield) to be ineffective.

What had me annoyed, but I didn't bother to post, was that a few days back the damage on a sabre went down to 36 (I'm pretty sure). That was just nasty for all those sabre owners out there. Though moving things down is better than moveing them up...it does really mess things up for people whose lives rest on items that suddenly falter without warning.

That's just the thing, my character wasn't tired, it is odd =-\.

It's been at 36 for about 3-4 months, now it's much lower however.
