Cantr II Discussion Forum

Well, there seems to be one of these for most games, so I took it upon myself to do one for Cantr.

You know your addicted to CantrII when you look at people you don't know in terms of "a woman in her twenties"...etc...etc

You know your addicted to CantrII when you look at a map and try to find several buttons telling you where each road leads.

You know your addicted to CantrII when you go to the mountains telling everyone your going to go get some stone and build yourself a hammer so that you can then build yourself an iron shield.

You know your addicted to CantrII when you go in to a hardware store asking weather they have both stone hammers and regular hammers.

You know your addicted to CantrII when you refer to everything in terms of projects and refuse to try and do two things at once.

You know your addicted to CantrII when you expect your car to stop by its self when it reaches your destination.

You know your addicted to CantrII when you offer people mushrooms in hospital saying that they'll be back to 100% strength in no time.

You know your addicted to CantrII when you buy all your food in grams and refuse to accept that two types of food can be mixed together.

You know your addicted to CantrII when you refuse to try and atatck somebody more then once because "the day isn't over yet"

You know your addicted to CantrII when you tell your neigbour that your going to build a stone house with nothing more then a hammer.

Well, thats all I can think of at the moment let me know if you come up with any more.

You know your addicted to CantrII when you do all of your chores outside your house so you don't miss what your neighboors are doing.

You know your addicted to CantrII when you carry everything you will eat for the next year on your person.

You know your addicted to CantrII when you always eat only once per day and always at the same time.

You know your addicted to CantrII when your car stops becuase you forgot to but fuel in it.

You know your addicted to CantrII when you wear the same thing to go mountain climbing as you do when going seaside.

You know your addicted to CantrII when you always point at people when asking their name.

You know your addicted to CantrII when you hit every animal you see because "it's only a matter of time before they bite".

You know your addicted to CantrII when you refuse to obey the law since there is not a note nearby saying what the laws are.

You know you're addicted to cantr when you expect to get all your nutrition for the day from 40g of carrots

You know you're addicted to cantr when you try to pump for roses

You know you're addicted to cantr when you know what sorghum is

You know you're addicted to cantr if you ever enter a building and say, "Hi, I was just spawned here, can I have some food?"

You know you're addicted to cantr when you start expecting rabbits and horses to attack you

You know you're addicted to cantr if you're me. HA.

Thus far, the best list I've seen yet. That had me cracking up!

Sign of too much Cantr:

I woke up from a nap at 11:30 PM, and could no longer understand the concept of realtime. I sat around pondering it for a while, then the fire alarm went off in my res. hall, and I remembered how real time works because I was going to need it to kick the ass of whoever burnt the popcorn (happens all the time here..always late at night...*sigh*)

Yea, I have that.

Oh, and I wanted to say, that playing Cantr IS possible at my school. I found out that the link http://forum.cantr.net let me go to the same page as http://www.cantr.net. Cantr.net is still blocked, but forum.cantr.net isn't, lol .

Right now, when we are using the computer at school, cantr is the first page i always open, lol.

Forum doens't work though .

Ps: I hope it is possible to keep the link forum.cantr.net pointing at the normal 'cantr.net' site, because it's the only way i can play cantr at school.

here's one to add to this.

you know your addicted to cantr when you're making love and your talking about cantr and your characters.

....you express actions verbally...

mine's just like that naturally.
