Yes, very nice. As are all the recent improvements, with the exception of not being able to cook thousands of grams of meat in an oven.

At first I thought this was pointless.

Quickly changed that view though... Especially in Karnon Forest... :)

And my input on ovens... I always thought that you could cook large amounts because it represented a kind of repeating project, you just added all the amounts beforehand for ease. Otherwise, meat kinda cooks itself without maintenence, so spending an entire day cooking is pretty stupid. Change it back!

Excellent work on the activities page.

I would still like large oven projects though.

Nah, I don't like this... Usually I just check what's going on, not search for a certain project.. now you gotta click another button.

I was thinking the same way Seko until I noticed that it automatically shows all the projects you have. I think that's cool! No more searching through a whole bunch of projects just to get to your own.

Another added plus for me is the link by your name to get to your chars. descriptions. Like Jos, I hate to go through all the descriptions just to get to mine. Keep up the good work Cantr Gods!

One more button I have to press to keep an eye on all the projects.

Yes and no.

Excluding all the ancient inactive projects on the default page is a good thing. Good for us, good for bandwidth, good for Cantr.

However, an extra button to see currently active projects is a bad thing for sheriffs and town-management types; they have to press an extra button and then wade through all the inactive projects as well in any case. And my visiting traders also need to see what people in the town are working on.

Furthermore, the "search" facility seems overly complicated for the data to be processed or examined.

My suggestion: show immediately on the default page: (a) all your own projects at the top; (b) all other active projects just below that. Or at the very least give people the option of viewing all active projects.

Overall an improvement, but not quite hitting the ideal target.

Is one click so much work? If you want to see all the projects, invest the one extra mouse action. At the speed the first projects page should be loading now that isn't much hardship.

An active project filter would be nice, though. Say, as a radio button by the search line...switching the search result between active only and all matches.

I can live with the extra click, but there is another drawback. I see that since the page looks cleaner to most who won't click to see all the projects, more unfinished projects will pile up. Projects that were abandoned and the initiator has left, will not be seen unless specifically searched for, or the whole page is viewed. This reduces the likelihood of someone finishing them.

It really takes one or two chars in a town who are dedicated to monitoring it constantly, cancelling projects when they are at 0% and who remind people to finish old projects to keep an activity page clean.

At least now chars can easily find the projects they've started so, hopefully, they won't start multiple ones for the same resource.

In Karnon Forest Nick Blackrock makes everyone who wants to join TBR finish several old projects. Now KF has the largest population and the cleanest activity page in Cantr! :D

If you go to your inventory and select any resource to add to a project, you will get a list of all projects started, the initiator, and the date it was started. It may not show progress or which projects are being worked on, but atleast if you have strict manufacturing laws, you can get a good quick glimpse.

I don't believe this is giving away things you should learn in-game, I could be wrong, but its advise on how to navigate windows.
