but, how do a char know ic, how to build an unknown thing?
if u could build some stuff, u must know what it is or whatfor.
a simple text like:
raker:
(a small? sailing ship)
need:
xyz wood
xyz iron
xyz steel
a coastal harbour to build
------------
and/or
coastal harbor
needs:
xyz wood,stone, whatever

allows u to build: raker, soarer....

To find out what something does IC you just build it and see what happens...simple as that (yes, I know that if you can build something you should know what it does, but that isn't how it's set up), but the best way to learn these things is to just ask IC, any well developed place should have people who know almost anything you want to ask them.

How about giving a short description as to the appearance then? If you know how to make one, you most likely know what it's supposed to look like, to some degree anyway.

yes, but u forgot the new non english speaking spawning areas...

so i agree with OniKaze.

a short description would be very nice :)
if u wnat to build something, and u hav in your mind what u are willing to build.
how u name it isnt important.

after 100 days of digging with bare hands some "stone aged" person, developed a tool that make it easier... now its known as pickaxe ...
