I think there is a Coke oven in the game...that I have never used, but perhaps there is a substance of Coke in the game (is it made from refined Soda?)

The oven exists. If the oven has a profuct, it ought to a refined form of coal, used in smelting iron and steel. However, that idea seems to have been dropped...I don't know if the oven actually does anything.
