A kind of "Leotard with boobs" (hope someone suggests a fancier name) will force the description as feminine for characters born as men, perhaps a "reducing chest band" will force the description as masculine for characters born as women. Something similar can force the "neutral gender"

They should be underwear and keep the "gender change visible" when hidden by regular clothes

baja del cerro hecho agua,
y en una raíz se queda,
y sube por una camino que se llama enredadera,
parra, parrón, vid, mil hojas, verde sombra o como quieras.

My solution for how to incorporate binders into Cantr is take one of the bra options and edit the description so it flattens the chest. Sometimes I worry that it's altering the purpose too much, but I don't know if it really makes sense to have clothing options that alter the chest size since there aren't that many trans/gender nonconforming characters.

Gender is fluid. Breasts are stereotype.

I like the idea of there not being a set gender unless you choose to play it, or even if there was a button in the character page where we can select a "presented gender" that could even be changed. In real life there are people who are male one day and female the next because of how they feel that day, it shouldn't be an issue to have it as easy to change as our description and clothing. Okay so we have character descriptions, and those of us who play gender variant characters can use description and clothing to portray that they might not match their spawning conditions. However, many many players ignore clothing and descriptions and immediately use the game mechanic-presented gender they see first "a man in his twenties" and don't bother looking at the clothing and description to see that they are described as "obviously feminine in nature, there is no way anyone could mistake her for a male", but that description goes right out the window when there's a huge label on every character that everyone sees before they see anything else and when some people don't even bother looking at descriptions, it's like if you wore a dress and makeup and looked very feminine but it still had a giant picture of a penis on the front that says "this is what's under my dress", surely everyone can see how ridiculous that is. In real life if someone looks androgynous or is trans and is imperceptible as another gender (not easy in real life but it's pretty easy in most of cantr), their genitalia is for the most part a total mystery to anyone they didn't tell, because we don't wear our gender as a word next to our name in real life like we do in this game (ID cards don't count, you don't have to present ID to every person you meet). shouldn't it be the same in Cantr? Besides we're not even specifically naked when spawning, we "wear nothing worth mentioning", so it's not like we absolutely have to RP that people spawn naked and we all see their junk and immediately know what they are. Especially in a world where reproduction through sex doesn't exist, there's no real reason to have birth sex as a set thing, it only makes sense to have optional gender identities and that those be able to be changed over time.

Very true. There's actually no reason to put any more emphasis on gender than on being tall/short/fat/thin. We can divide characters into people taller than your char and people shorter than your char. Body height is definitely more obvious than gender, even in real life.
