Do our characters think/know that the Universe/World is called Cantr?

Hmm
I want to say yes, but I'd never roleplay it. Though, the Cantr island and associated map makes me want to roleplay that Cantr island is the prime continent, the origin continent. Would create some interesting centralism / racism dynamics.
Mind you, 10 years ago, I used to roleplay that we were "Cantrians". Do people do that still?

My characters, all of them, spawn knowing that the world is called Cantr. Just like WoW´s world is (wrongly) called Azeroth, even if that is the name of the eastern continent only, my characters known this world as Cantr.

Only if they find a world map and know how to read and write. Otherwise, no.

For me it is always a bit not clear what knowledge cantrians posses since spawn. I think that closest to true might be that world it self is nameless as noone bothered with this problem before. Something like finding some.tribe in Amazonian forests that lived cut from any other people and asking them if they heard that our world is called Earth.
It seems logical that cantr world should have any name but I've never met anyone that would use it.
Maybe name is just "world", we do have world maps after all
