... When you accidentally out your other character by saying "Hi, I'm X", when that character is Y, not X.
To be fair, they are both in remote towns on the frontier, and their personalities are virtually the same.
... When a character has a multi-paragraph monologue, without break. Even worse when it's your own.

The fact that, when a coin is thrown, some people can only see the tails, but not the heads. That being said, for some a change or even a crisis is always a lose, never a win.

When you are negotiating a trade or gift for someone, having proudly gathered a bunch of materials and spent time lovingly crafting the stuff, and all set and agreed upon things, and feeling all Pleased and Happy,.... then go and hand all your crap to a sleeper-character you accidentally selected instead of the intended recipient... AND then it's pretty much all unavailable forever until they die. lol

Just murder the sleeper you'll et it back in 2-3 days. Less if you have help.

When there was pressed enter insted of backspace (why they are so close on mobile devices o.O) and send text doesn't have now sens at all... Or even worst it does.
Also autocorrect falls in same category. For some reason it always "knows better" what world you mean.

When you ponder about how to do something for two days and can’t figure out why it’s not working anymore, and just after posting it as a problem you have a sudden realisation and you see that you were just too stupid to use the right game mechanics..... after obviously having used it correctly a previous time before.
