There's also the other thing, players don't want to read that wall of text due being on cell phone or tablet or whatever. So one reason is just because players are lazy or just forget to read messages later. This is understandable if you got like 30 messages on night and think you read it later on bigger screen... This actually affects more on players who play less time, they just seem to skip radio messages and focus on other things but just my experiences, others have different

So yeah beside reasons already said there's also the thing that players get sometimes lazy. Sometimes even more. If people won't read normal logs then they definitely don't read radio logs either.

I've had a bit of a think about it... And I think I use the radio less because there is always some troll at the other end. Whether they're being abusive, or making up lies, spreading misinformation or otherwise, it's always disheartening.

The radio can sometimes be a good example of why censorship is not always bad.
