Do you have this problem when playing?

How much I emote and type for my characters often depends on whether this beast is sleeping on one of my arms :)

haha! my crappy playing is similarly motivated, but due to holding or feeding a newborn baby while typing with one hand. ;)

I put a lot of effort into my emotes and playing when hands-free, so I know my rp is pretty inconsistent. :P. I know exactly how you feel.

Mine can be for the same reason x3. Sometimes its not even worth playing if I can't get them to move at least a little.

I imagine you and ObsessedWithCats having a conversation like this:

Snickie says: I feel you aren't listening to me.

ObsessedWithCats: *petting Snickie's avatar* Who's a good kitty? Oh, what? Were you saying something?

I just got home yesterday, so this has the potential to be a problem, but my cat doesn't much like to be on my desk so much as on my bed or in a shoebox.

Snickie does have super cute avatars ^_^

My problem is mostly moving charge cable or slipping phone. I have one regular cat visitor in my studio, but I tease her more than she tries to bug me.

I'm lucky... mine usually sleeps on my leg and is content to let me keep the laptop on my other leg.

http://www.catster.com/lifestyle/cat-hu ... -paralysis

Feline paralysis (n.) The condition in which a person is unable to move due to the presence of a cat on her or his lap.

“No, honey, I’m sorry. I can’t help you with the dishes. I have a cat on my lap.”

Non-cat owners are baffled by it. Almost every cat lover I’ve known has completely and implicitly understood it, and accepted it without question. The details and specifics may vary from cat lover to cat lover and from home to home … but almost every cat household I’ve known has some version of it.

The encatted person gets waited on hand and foot: food and drink are brought, dishes are carried away, electronic communication/entertainment devices are fetched. The disencatted person gets stuck with any and all household tasks that demand immediate attention.

I'm proposing this as an official household rule

I've been trying to make this official in my house for a long time. But problems arose when all three of us had feline paralysis (three people + three cats).
